Located in a privileged natural environment in the Madrid mountains range, surrounded by forest, well communicated by short distance train and suburban buses.
Hundreds of visitors come to this small village throughout the year, mainly in the summer season, looking for nature and beautiful sights, as well as to enjoy its celebrated local cooking.
It is a protected area where the building restrictions are limited by environmental regulations. It is well provided with resources in infrastructure and leisure services (communications, tourist routes etc). The business is located on the main touristic access to the zone, and is a must for a stopover both for week-end visitors and seasonal residents. Beautiful views and green areas can be enjoyed by clients from the wide terraces and well equipped outside areas.

The restaurant: two halls with joint capacity for 90 covers and a wide, fully equipped kitchen and with smoke escape.
Outside areas: bar and garden, terrace for 130 people (can be extended), children area and private parking for 30 cars.
The plot offers chances to enlarge these premises as there are unused areas. Though, the place is well maintained and in perfect conditions for use, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay for the visitor.

All kind of events are celebrated at the big halls in winter time and at the gardens during summers.

House specials: crusty goats cheese, stuffed 'piquillo' peppers and beans. Wide selection of wines and home-made desserts. The price per person is medium level. Not being a luxury restaurant, quality of products and service is carefully overseen.
